We are two professional London based Reiki practitioners/teachers and authors running Reiki courses in central London. Our London Reiki training is the traditional Japanese style of the founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui, who discovered Reiki healing in the early 1900s. This style of Reiki is referred to as Usui-do, which literally translated from Japanese means 'The Way of Usui.' Our London Reiki courses are certified and comprehensive.

Reiki is an astonishing energy healing system that can be used to work on a physical, emotional or spiritual level. We have used Reiki to work on specific conditions such as cancer, spina bifida, arthritis, torn ligaments, sciatica, broken bones, nerve damage and numerous other ailments. We have also helped individuals suffering from stress, depression and other emotional problems using Reiki healing.

What Can A Reiki Course Offer Me?

 

Our London Reiki courses offer you a wonderfully unique, inspirational and enlightening journey of self-discovery that will change your life forever should you choose to self-heal yourself everyday with Reiki healing (which we recommend you do). Reiki is very simple to learn and in two days you can become a Reiki practitioner, enabling you to use Reiki for yourself and others on a physical, emotional or spiritual level. We combine a traditional, spiritual, holistic and simultaneously clinical and professional approach to our Reiki teaching and healing. This differentiates us dramatically from other Reiki practitioners and teachers in the world today.

We run small classes for our London Reiki courses (no more than 9 per course) to keep the Reiki training more personal and we have two Reiki teachers per Reiki course to better support the students on their Reiki courses. We provide comprehensive manuals on our London Reiki courses and post-course support is included!

Three times a year we run a gathering for our students enabling them to ask us questions and practice using Reiki on eachother.

We teach students how to use Active Reiki healing to deal directly with the cause of a condition. This allows the student to channel Reiki energy at the correct frequency to counteract the presenting health problems. This is far more effective than passive Reiki practiced by many Reiki practitioners, where the Reiki healer acts as an inert channel, allowing the energy to define it's own course in the body, without any consideration for the clients particular conditions.

The founder of Reiki focused on working on conditions directly and we have maintained this approach. We adhere to the traditional principles of Reiki and the Japanese Shinto tradition, teaching the specific processes which must be followed into order to practice Reiki successfully. Discipline is key in Reiki and contrary to the belief of some Reiki practitioners and teachers, there is a right and a wrong way to practice Reiki.

In addition, we discuss some of the science behind energy healing and Reiki, enabling students to understand from a spiritual and a more scientific perspective, how Reiki works.
